How I work

Everyone deserves someone in their corner

I am always excited and happy to see you no matter the circumstances, even if you really don’t want to see me that day. I will challenge you when needed and never judge. I balance an authentic and straight forward approach, ensuring that you feel heard and understood.

My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by a variety of experiences, and I understand that not everyone finds their calling right away. I've been a therapist for over four years, working with clients from diverse backgrounds and addressing a wide range of needs. Prior to this, I worked as a special education teacher, which gave me a unique insight into the challenges that neurodivergent individuals often face from a young age. These experiences have not only deepened my empathy but also reinforced my commitment to supporting individuals through their personal growth and challenges.

I’m not afraid to share my own experiences or mistakes if they can help you. I’m all in, ready to dive into the messy, uncomfortable stuff with you, and I’ll sit in that space right beside you — no matter how tough it gets.

in therapy with me…

We’ll dig deep.

Therapy isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level conversations. It’s about uncovering the patterns, pain, and beliefs that shape how you move through the world. Together, we’ll dig deep—into your story, your emotions, and the experiences that brought you here—not to dwell in the past, but to understand it, make sense of it, and create space for real change. It can be challenging work, but it’s also empowering, and you won’t have to do it alone.

You’re in charge.

This is your space—your time, your pace, your goals. Therapy works best when it’s collaborative, and that means you get to decide what we focus on and how we move forward. I’m here to guide, support, and offer tools, but you’re the expert on your life. Whether you’re ready to tackle something big or just need a place to breathe and reflect, we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you.

I’ll cheer you on.

Therapy isn’t just about working through the hard stuff—it’s also about recognizing your strengths, your resilience, and every step you take toward growth. I’ll be right there with you, not only when things feel heavy, but also to celebrate your progress, your breakthroughs, and even the quiet wins that matter most. Healing can be tough, but you won’t be doing it alone—I’ll be in your corner, every step of the way.

Let’s begin the journey toward a life that feels like yours.
